About Me

When the Business Breaks, but God Doesn’t

We lost our home.
I lost my name.
I lost what I thought was our future.

My name is Tonya Nance, and this is my rebuild — the raw, the real, and the redeemed.

In 2019, I signed on as a mother, a protector, a founder — trying to build something my sons could stand on. We called it Myriad Real Estate Solutions. At the time, ADUs were still a whisper, and we were early. Too early, some might say.

We signed eight contracts. We applied for permits that took over a year. We fought through the fog of COVID, rising construction costs, and the crushing weight of hope that didn’t stretch far enough.

We leased a warehouse. We dreamed of tiny homes rolling out like promises on wheels.

Then came the zoning blow. The lawsuit. The loss.

I couldn’t even afford to file bankruptcy.
We were evicted. I left the state.
I missed a court notice and was arrested over a failure to appear.

All I could ask was: “God… where are You?”

But even in the silence, I still had a seed.

In 2021, I harvested a seed that I planted in 2018 in the soil of my own sorrow.
I called it UPH — Union Place Holdings (Urban Prosperity & Healing).
It wasn’t just a brand. It was a prayer.

I poured everything I had left into Project Domino.
I believed that if one good thing could stand, it could knock down the shame, the doubt, the loss.

And in the quiet, God answered:
 Catalyst was born.

LYTIX took form.

And a new vision rose — not from perfection, but from the ashes.

This isn't just a comeback. It’s a calling

We have built back piece by piece, it has been a long journey and I am only half way there. Learning to trust myself again, learning to quiet the voices of loss and disappointment. Making a crooked path straight takes time, when I fell, my whole circle lost. I am doing my best to make those who supported my sons whole again.
I have found my voice again in Masterplanning it isn’t about building things. It’s about building alignment.
It’s the spiritual and structural blueprint for places where people can heal, thrive, and transform generations.

I don’t just plan land. I plan what should have always existed — dignity, equity, clarity, and care.

What broke me built the blueprint.

I’m not here to impress. I’m here to shift what’s possible

I work with cities, nonprofits, funders, and founders who are ready to build from a deeper assignment.

Because vision doesn’t die in the fire — it’s forged by it.
